The app keeps kicking me out. I have an ios 5.1.1, which i can't upgrade. When i try to update the app it gives me an option of using my current operating system. I tried hitting that button and it goes through the motions but is still kicking me out. Any suggestions or is it a lost cause?

Jim,
What kind of device are you using? Have you tried restarting your iPad/iPhone?
Thanks!
Ben

Jim,
What about deleting the app and re-installing?

Might as well try that, but the app store says it needs iOS 6.

It does, but it SHOULD let you download an older version. I apologize, but the store won't actually allow us to support anything earlier than iOS 6 and still support the newer devices. However, Apple has added the ability to download versions for older OSes. We'll see if it goes back to iOS 5. Please let me know how it works!

I'm sorry, then, they apparently don't go that far back. However, if you do decide to upgrade your iPad, you'll still have access to the app (for free) on newer versions of the OS.

(you MIGHT want to try emailing AppStore support and asking them why you can't download it...)
