My NYT crosswords are not downloading. When I go into puzzle providers and input my email and NYT password it says Authentication Failed. When I click the Setup tab I'm taken to a NYT subscription, page where I click on Subscriber Login, and it picks up the password I've already entered under Stand Alone's Autentication tab and confirms that I have a subscription.
