can't log into crossword nation or avxwords

Hiya,

I've subscribed to both avxwords and crossword nation. I enter my password and username exactly as specified, but they both say the credentials were not accepted by the server. Any help?

   What email address did you use for AVCX? I'm assuming you're able to log in on your main computer?

   Also, please make sure you're entering your credentials via the provider-subscriiption option -- not via the 'Crosswords Account' option. The latter is solely for leaderboard and puzzle progress syncing -- not for provider subscription access.

   Yes, I can log in on the website of avxwords and crossword nation. I'm
   using the email [email blocked]. I am entering my credentials
   under cross word providers -> american values crosswords (example) ->
   credentials not entered.
