Auto Slate did make the AutoSlate_export.txt or AutoSlate-export.xls file. I am using Auto Slate ver. 1.42 and Hot Sync Manager 7.0.2. I have access to AutoSlate_Database.pdb but cannot read it. I need to read in Excel to prpare my taxes. Your help is appreciated.

What operating system are you using? Did the conduit create any file?

    Thanks,
    Ben

Windows Vista I believe. The only files I can find are the *.prc and *pdb files. magrap

Is the conduit installed? Click on the HotSync Manager icon in your system tray, then click 'Custom'. If you do not see 'Auto Slate Conduit' listed there, please follow the instructions in the link below to install it:

Yes I installed it last night and it allowed me to backup a huge amount of info from my Palm. I still did not find the *txt or *.xls file.

Are there any errors in your HotSync log? If not, please check your Palm folder, as if the file was created, it should be located there.
