Charged Twice
I have been having trouble with my crosswords app. I paid for it
several months ago and now I am unable to open it. I looked in the
app store for help with the problem. I read that I should download
it again. It also stated that you would know I had already
purchased it and would not charge me again. It said if I downloaded
it a 2nd time that it may fix the problem. Instead, what happened
is that I was charged A second time for the app. I have not used
it. Please advise me on getting a refund. Also, can my original app
be repaired?

Is this regarding Crosswords for iPhone/iPad, Android, or webOS? If it's regarding Crosswords for iPhone/iPad, please note that if you purchased the app as an in-app upgrade within Crossword Light, you need to re-download it by tapping on the '+' button on the puzzle list screen, then tap 'Check for Purchases'. Unfortunately this is due to limitations with the App Store and in-app purchases.
If you initially purchased it as an in-app upgrade, and then purchased it via the App Store, we suggest you request a refund by following the instructions in this Apple support article:
