NYTimes Premium authentication failure
all of i sudden i am getting an authentication error for my nytimes premium account. this is across all devices and all failed concurrently today. i spoke with nytimes and they said that they're having some known problems with ios7 authentication.
i also see, however, timeout failures associated with standalone proxies (https://pa.standalone.com/manag/check_auth).
so my questions are "where in the authentication chain are my credentials failing?
and is it nytimes' or standalone's servers failing to process the request?
devices:
all running 7.03
two running crosswords classic
two running the new crosswords (which is great, by the way!)

There was a server glitch earlier today that prevented new puzzle retrieval and credential verification. This bug has since been fixed, and you should be able to download new puzzles again. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
