I have a ny times subscription and the only reason I purchased your app was to be able to download their puzzles on my iphone. After entering my login credentials the first time, I have always been able to download today's puzzle automatically, when I launch the app. I am also able to log in to my NYT Crosswords account and click through the archive in +>"Browse the Web", similar to how I can with a web browser. The top of the web page shows my NY Times username as logged in, so this is not a user-authentication issue. When I navigate to the "Across Lite" link I want to download and click on it, I see a download progress bar to suggest that the app is downloading the file I requested. Everything to this point appears to go as expected. The file, however, never shows up anywhere in my puzzle list. Please tell me what to do.

I am an iphone 4s ios6 Crosswords Classic user.

Please note that you cannot download puzzles that require user authentication via the 'Browse the Web' form. Since you're able to download today's New York Times puzzle automatically, you should be able to download prior New York Times puzzles via the puzzle calendar, available by tapping on the '+' button on the puzzle list screen, then tap 'Get Older Puzzles'. Additionally, you can always import New York Times puzzles via their website by logging in through Safari.

If you have any additional questions or comments, please reply to this email. Thanks!
