Downloaded app but keeps crashing
I am unable to get this app up and running on my iPad 1st gen, tried to load it once before and had the same issues. My usatoday app is acting the same. Any suggestions? Answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Heather, are you using Crosswords or Crossword Light? What version of iOS are you running? Have you tried restarting your iPad?

Heather,
It sounds like you're running Crossword Light v.2.28 on an iPad that hasn't been upgraded to the latest version of iOS. You can upgrade to the latest version by connecting your device to your Mac or PC and following the onscreen instructions in iTunes.
If you're unable to upgrade your iPad, we'll be fixing this bug in the next version of Crossword Light. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the quick response! And nope don't have access to upgrade ios. Do you know if it's possible to upgrade the 1st gen? And do you think that's the same issue with the usatoday app? They just updated and it hasn't worked since...not a very tech savvy individual. Thanks for the info, I have been waiting to hear from usatoday for a week now:(

Yes, first generation iPads can be upgraded to 5.0. Unfortunately we cannot say whether that'll fix your problem with your USAToday app. Sorry!
