satchel host name
where is the host name found it is not in my infor for base camp.....tried to set up from the web site and that showed i had an incorrect username pass word (which i did not have) what is up with this

Ted,
The Host name is the portion of the url that comes before "backpackhq.com". So, for example, if you go to http://tedlolley.backpackhq.com/ to access your backpack, your hostname would be "tedlolley". Please be aware that Satchel is for accessing Backpack, not Basecamp.
