Frozen apps
I downloaded several free apps a few days ago. Now none of them are working. could I have accidentally disabled them?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

This sounds like an issue with your device, and not with our apps. We suggest that you contact Apple Technical Support to resolve the issue. Sorry!
