When i try to log into my Satchel app on my iPhone it goes to the "Validating account... satchel is contacting Backpack servers to validate your account information. This may take a few moments." page. However, it never moves past that screen. Why is this happening?

Unfortunately, as 37Signals has retired Backpack (https://basecamp.com/backpack-retired ), we've retired Satchel and removed it from the App Store. Consequently we cannot no longer offer support for the app.
To request a refund for your purchcase, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com, or open up your purchase history in iTunes by going to Store > View My Account. Then click on 'Recent Purchases' and click the 'Report a Problem' button. Click on the app you want to report, then on the next screen, click on 'Report a Problem'.
