You can either use the Auto Slate Conduit to export your Auto Slate data to a spreadsheet by downloading and installing it from:
http://www.standalone.com/palmos/auto_slate/download
Please note that the Auto Slate installer will not work under Windows 7.
Or you can use a third-party tool to do so by following the instructions available at:
