Redownloading the app
My app often freezes with the "Updating puzzles" screen. I would like to delete and redownload the app to try and remedy this, however I am concerned all of my current puzzles and their progress will be deleted. Is that the case or will they all repopulate with my current progress?

Unfortunately, while deleting and re-installing the app should resolve the issue that you've encountered, your current puzzle list and puzzle progress will be deleted upon deleting the app. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Have you restarted your phone lately? Sometimes that will help.
