Restore purchase link isn't responding
I purchased the Crossword Classic app within Crossword Light sometime ago. Recently I accidentally deleted it. I downloaded Crossword Light again. The restore purchase link is unresponsive, and crossword classic app wants to charge me again. How can I restore this purchase?

There was an issue with a prior update of Crossword Light v.2.79.3 and v.2.79.4 that prevented the app from acknowledging prior in-app purchases. Crossword Light v.2.79.5 is now available in the App Store, and it should resolve this issue for the majority of users.
If you're still encountering issues restoring in-app purchases in Crossword Light by tapping on 'Check for Purchases', please consult the following troubleshooting steps:
Are you sure that you purchased the in-app upgrade, and not Crosswords Classic as a separate app or via Crosswords for iOS 8/9/10? Crosswords Classic appears as 'Crosswords' on your home page, as opposed to 'Crossword'. If you did purchase the in-app upgrade, please follow the instructions below:
Unfortunately, this is usually due to an App Store user mismatch. The only way to resolve the issue is to:
1) Delete Crossword Light from your device (please note: this will delete all of your current puzzles and puzzle progress).
2) Log into the same App Store account that you used to purchase the in-app purchases via Settings > iTunes & App Store.
3) Re-download Crossword Light via the App Store, then open it and tap on 'Check for Purchases'.
If you're still unable to restore your prior purchases, we suggest verifying your purchase via your purchase history (see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 for more information) and then contact Apple Technical Support.
