When I leave a puzzle that has not been completed, the puzzle appears blank the next time that I open the app. All work is lost.

    Doug,
We're looking into this problem. Is this happening with EVERY puzzle? Is it happening every time you leave and re-enter the app?

    Thanks!

It is an intermittent problem. There are some puzzles in storage that I have worked on that come up empty and some that come up with entries. This problem is relatively recent, perhaps within the last month or two.

Sometimes part of a puzzle that I worked on shows up missing. For example, I remember completing last Saturday’s NY TImes puzzle in two sittings. When I opened it this morning, the original work was there but the second sitting’s work was gone.

    Doug,
We think we've got a solution for this. We're testing now, and if it checks out, we'll do a new release later this week.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Ben
