Issue adding puzzles

HI, I've downloaded a .puz file and I can see it in "My Files/Downloads" but clicking on it doesn't open it, and the "Get more puzzles/From File" takes me to a file tree where I can't find "My Files/Downloads". The first three entries in what i see are ".root", "acct" directory, and an android.hardware.drm ... file. I have a samsung A8, android 8.0.0, app version 2.4.0.5,

File added - i'd appreciate you deleting the attachment from here after you get it because it's a subscription puzzle,

Oops - I could not upload the .puz file so I renamed it to .txt. Save and rename to .puz
