Registration Code Is Not Received After Payment

I have purchased your software, Super Caps for Newton OS, on November 27. My credit card was debited immediately but I have yet to receive a serial code as of today.

I also sent an email to [email blocked] on December 5 but have heard nothing from you either.

Could you please examine an issue for me?

   Super Caps for Newton OS Registration Code: 789-250-2423
   (Registration codes are generated for the user name 'Haruka Konagai')

   To enter in your registration code go into the program(s) you purchased. If you are not immediately prompted to enter in your registration code, tap on your 'Menu' button, select 'Options' and tap 'Enter Registration Code'. Enter in the registration code found above using the on-screen keypad or your stylus.
