Jorge,
You might need to restart either the app or your iPad. Also, maybe turn off the VPN? That message indicates that the store isn't returning any products, which may be caused by the VPN.

The issue is happening in both my iPhone and my iPad. The VPN is both on both.

No sir. I have however, gone ahead and deleted (and reinstalled) the app (which I had also done before) and now it seems to be working. Thank you for your assistance and I will reach out again if the issue continues.
