Registration Code Is Not Received After Payment

I paid for Backgammon for Palm software to update my registration code and got this email below but it doesn't have the registration code. I've emailed your support team numerous times and never heard anything back. I just need the registration code that I paid for.

   Hi there - thanks so much for your help. Great to have the registration code. But the user profile isn't quite correct. The user name for the Backgammon For Palm OS is Sara new palm. Could you update your records so that the registration code will work? Thanks so much, Sara

   Hi I still can't get the software to register. The screen on my Palm reads "Backgammon for Palm OS" version 1.42. The user name is Sara new palm. I entered the code you sent me (thank you) 905-075-6039 but the Palm responds that this password is incorrect. The backgammon software was working fine and then told me my "demo is expired" so I went to your website and paid for a subscription. Can you help? Thanks

    You might want to use Backgammon Pro, depending on the Palm you're using. I've included registration codes for both below:

    Backgammon for Palm OS: 650-977-2586
    Backgammon Pro for Palm OS: 905-075-6039
    (Registration codes are generated for the user name 'Sara new palm')
