I have a New York times Premium Crossword subscription. it is current and active, and works on web browsers, in the 2Across app, and in the New York Times own app, but the exact same login and password don't work in your app.

What's the issue?

Thanks,
Bill

Got an email from tech-support saying it was resolved, and sure enough it was. Thank you.

To clarify the issue, a glitch with the New York Times server prevented our Crosswords app from verifying accounts or downloading puzzles. This issue has since been resolved, and you should be able to download old and new puzzles now. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
