Ny times puzzle updates
Couldn't install the update. Then you fixed the update and I couldn't install that!! Grrrrrr

I use the app on my ipad. The first time there was an update when I pressed "install" it said it was installing, but never did. It just stayed on "installing". Then a few days ago there was another update that said " fixing update problem" once again I hit "install" and once again it is still on "installing". I wouldn't care, but there are problems with the app and I was hoping an update would fix them. Thanks.

Unfortunately, installation problems are out of our control; you'll need to contact Apple about this. If you don't have a lot of puzzles stored, you can delete and re-install (this will erase any puzzles you've already downloaded and worked on.)
