I just bout your app 5 mins ago hoping to use it to do the guardian
quiptic on my iPad as I do on my iPhone with 2across.
I checked in your list of providers in iTunes first. Guardian is
listed. But upon installing (paying!) I can't find it in the list
of sources on the app. What gives?

Are you sure you saw the Guardian in our provider list via iTunes? We removed it in 2010, when they requested that we do so. Unless your country has a very old, cached version of our app description, you shouldn't have seen it as a supported provider.
If that's the case, please let us know which App Store you purchased it through so we can correct the error. After doing so, we suggest you request a refund as, unfortunately, we do not plan to have any Guardian support available in the near-future. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
