Problem after update

I got two different updates today and after the first one the game was fine. After I updated it the second time, I get a thing that says I have no available puzzles to play and to click on the add puzzles button to get more, but the list of all my puzzles is blank. I have bought a lot of puzzle packages and nothing is showing up. I pressed the search for purchases button, but that isn't doing anything.

    I have done that like 4 or 5 times and I tried rebooting my iPad but its still not working.

    Are you using Crosswords or Crosswords Light? Do you know what version of the app you're using?

    I'm using crossword light but I bought a lot of the packages of puzzles. I have the new version, I think it's 2.26. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it works now, but I have to redo every single puzzle. The only problem now is that the screen is extremely jumpy and I have to press the menu or hints button a few times before it will stay up and respond.

    are you playing on an iPad? If you delete the app, it removes all record of any puzzles solved, sorry.

    Yeah I'm on an iPad. I was kind of expecting to have to redo all the puzzles when I deleted it but whatever. At least it pretty much works now. And this time when I hit check for previous purchases they all came up, so at least I still have the puzzles that I paid for. The only prob now is the jumpiness of it but I'll live with it. Thank you for your help though. I appreciate it.

    I think the jumpiness might be caused by the angle at which you're holding the iPad; can you try holding it more vertically? Alternatively, you can disable rotation. We'll look at addressing this in the next update.
