Crossword dissappeared?

I was using my crossword app (upgraded) on my iPhone one day and the next day it had dissappeared! This sometimes happens and I simply download the app again from the app store but this time it said I had to pay another $9.99! Help!

Anne,
Did you upgrade via Crossword Light? If so, download Crossword Light, then tap on the '+' button on the puzzle list screen, then tap 'Check for Purchases'.

Thanks! I just tried it. It said "there was a problem downloading your crosswords upgrade. Please try again later"

Unfortunately this sounds like an App Store issue, and not a problem with Crosswords itself. We suggest that you contact Apple Technical Support for further assistance. Sorry!
