Everytime my device has to be reset, I lose my Solaitaire. Then when I go to put the registration code in, it tells me it's not valid. WTH? I paid for it, but I should NOT have to keep buying new ones every time. I also have no way to synch my device any more since it is not compatible with Windows 7. What about Vista? Can I do it from there?

This is the nature of performing a hard reset on your device. Regarding the registration code, registration codes are based on the Palm User Name or Serial Number listed on the 'Enter Registration Code' screen. If the user name has changed, a new registration code is required. If the user name is displayed as 'No Name Entered' and you see no serial number listed, and you're unable to sync your device to assign it a name, unfortunately we cannot generate a working registration code for you. If you do see a serial number, please send it to us so we can generate a working code for you.

As you previously registered the app, we've voided your most recent purchase.

    Hello,

I had to beam the software to my PDA because I am now using Windows 7 and
it is not compatible with synching my PDA. I have no choice. I did include
the serial number when I purchased the software yesterday. Are you telling
me that I can't use it any more, just because my PDA went into a hard reset
and I had to beam the software back onto it? This is nuts. I do not see a
serial number when I try to input the registration code. YOu must have a
way to generate a working code when the operating systems no longer allow
    synching of the device?

    Otherwise my device is useless.

No, due to limitations with the Palm OS, if there is no way for us to generate a working registration code if your device has no internal serial number and if you cannot sync the device. Here is a registration code based on the serial number that you sent us but, again, if that serial number isn't displayed on the 'Enter Registration Code' screen, then this code will not work:

    861-277-1238

Can you please look up the code for serial number: 10GB12B1AJBF?

I have loaded and registered Solitaire on that PDA as well, and I can not
synch that one either because it is a iiic, which is old. I see my user
name and serial number when I go to enter the code, but it will not take
    the one you sent me.
    Thank you.

I purchased the program for serial number:10GB12B1AJBF last year. Please
provide the code for it. I CAN see the serial number at the registration
screen but it says No Name Entered. The serial number IS visible..

    Thank you.

    Thank you!

That worked for my IIC device.

To solve my other issue with my Zire 7I, I will need to find a computer
with an XP operating system. Vista will provide me with my name, I can see
thta when I try to enter the activation code, but I still don't see the
    serial number.
    Advice please?

    Thank you.

Your Zire should have a serial number (the only devices that don't have internal serial numbers are Visor/Treo devices) displayed on the 'Enter Registration Code' screen. If you haven't been able to install Solitaire on your Zire, you can locate your serial number by following these instructions:

Yes it does have a serial number but it's not displayed when I went to put
in the activation code. I can see my name, but the serial number is not
listed. 00U3VAU313FT, but it is not displayed on te 'Enter Registration
Code' screen, just my name. Not sure what to do.

If there's a name displayed on the 'Enter Registration Code' screen, please send it to us and we'll use that instead.

Please try both of these registration codes:

Solitaire Pack Vol. 1 for Palm OS: 575-545-7525
Solitaire Pack Vol. 1 for Palm OS v.1.x-2.x: 684-726-5316

If those do not work, are you sure you're using Solitaire Pack Vol. 1 on the Zire, and not Vol. 2?
