purchased a product from you, the "Ender preferences 1.2)
for my Palm TX, is already installed but does not perform any
function when I go to the MEMO or agenda, I need to install or
activate something else? please can you help my?

Ender is not Palm TX-compatible and will not run on your device. We will issue a refund for your order - our apologies for the inconvenience!

Hi, It's a shame, I think, and I suggest you should have something compacible with the Palm TX.
