Need new registration code, your automated emails system not working
I need a new registration code for my Back Gammon Pro for Palm OS. My old user name was Antonio Cotto, my new one is Antonio. I have submitted the information to your automated web page repeatedly but have never received an email in reply with the new registration code. Your automated email system is just not working. I even have the original registration confirmation email with all the necessary information, and still no response from you.
Please help me ASAP...

Our apologies for the confusion, but our registration retrieval system is not automated - we manually look up and generate the code. You should have already received a copy of your new registration, and I'm including another copy below:
